Place your order online and complete payment via card, bank transfer, or USSD using our secure Paystack system.
Funds held in escrow
Your funds are kept in our secure holding account. The seller is notified to prepare and ship your package.
Inspect & Verify
Receive your package and check it. (Or hire a local verification agent to verify the items for you prior to shipping).
Payment release
Once you verify the items are correct, approve payout in your portal to release the escrow funds to the seller.
Protection FAQs
Am I protected if I pay the seller directly?
No. Direct bank transfers or cash payments to sellers outside the Selfana platform are not covered by our escrow. Always click buy and pay using our secure checkout buttons.
How do I request a product verification check?
On any product page, look for the **VERIFY THIS PRODUCT NOW** button. Click it, fill in any specific checks you want, pay the ₦6,000 inspection fee, and an inspector will write a comprehensive report before shipping.
How long does a refund review take?
We review dispute applications within 3 days. Once verified, refunds are processed back to your bank account or wallet immediately.
